Education Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Education Consultant to support students and clients with academic planning, program selection, and career development guidance. This role combines advisory, program design, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client needs assessments and develop personalized education and career plans
• Provide guidance on school, college, and program selection aligned with client goals
• Design and recommend education and career pathway programs
• Deliver workshops, seminars, and group guidance sessions
• Support application and admissions processes, including documentation review
• Build and maintain relationships with education providers and partner institutions
• Prepare client progress reports and maintain accurate case records
• Attend outreach events and travel locally when required for workshops or partner meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in education consulting, student advising, or career counseling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student and professional backgrounds
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• DBS/CRB check (or willingness to obtain, where applicable)
